Who translates and certifies high school diplomas?

Official documents, including high school diplomas, must generally be translated by sworn translators. These translators are state-certified and have taken an oath before a regional court, higher regional court, or an internal affairs authority. This authorizes them to translate and certify official documents, certificates, and diplomas. Sworn translators are often also called sworn or authorized translators.

How do I determine the page count?
