Accessibility
Accessibility at Sworn Translators
Sworn Translators is powered by Tolingo GmbH.
We want our products and services to be accessible to everyone.
Our communication should also be understandable and accessible to all people.
Accessibility means:
There are no barriers.
Everyone should be able to use our services and access our information easily.
We work on this every day.
But: There are still some challenges.
Some things are technically complex.
And some laws do not allow everything.
On this page, you’ll find out:
- What we’re planning
- What we’re still working on
What we’re planning
Websites and Documents
Many of our digital contents are already accessible.
But we want to improve even further.
Our goal: the WCAG-AA standard.
This means:
All websites and documents should be accessible to everyone.
Invoices will be accessible by the end of 2025.
What we’re still working on
Perceivability
All content should be clearly visible, audible, or readable.
To achieve this, we are improving:
- Alternative texts for images
- Readability of tables
- Structure with clear headings
- Color contrasts
- Zoom functions
Operability
You should be able to control everything easily – for example, with the keyboard.
We are improving:
- Keyboard navigation
- Size and placement of buttons
- Ability to skip specific sections
Comprehensibility
Some texts are still too complex.
We are working on simplifying them.
Technology & Settings
Some information is still missing for screen readers.
Custom settings can’t always be saved yet.
Customer Service
You can contact our customer service in various ways.
We make sure to address as many senses as possible.
But: Not every contact method works for everything.
Sometimes you need to choose another way.
Report a barrier
Have you discovered a barrier?
Then please let us know:
You can also contact the Market Surveillance Office of the German federal states:
Market Surveillance Office for the Accessibility of Products and Services

We aim to eliminate barriers quickly and reliably.
